R-Truth Finally Discloses Real Reason Behind WWE Return

WWE R-Truth MITB

R-Truth gave an update about his much-speculated WWE return.

The promotion faced considerable backlash at events and online when news of R-Truth’s departure was announced. The constant chants at shows and hashtags running rampant online did seem to change WWE’s stance about letting the beloved star go.

Making for one of the most memorable spots at the show, a masked individual attacked John Cena, who was revealed to be Truth. The surprise return got a massive response from fans.

The return led to many speculating that the news of the release was to work the fans. This was also confirmed by Triple H, who implied at post post-event press conference that it was all, “all a part of the show.”

R-Truth Confirms Rousing Fan Support Influenced His WWE Return

Triple H’s statement sparked debate online, where fans suspected the company of backtracking on their decision.

Things took an interesting turn when R-Truth’s son posted a tweet saying that the release was not a planned angle. The veteran wrestler also added to the situation when he responded to a fan showing his return, he shared a two-word answer which read, “No Work.”

Now, in a tweet that seems to confirm his side of the story, the former 24/7 Champion responded to a tweet where a fan was talking about how, working as a collective, fans got Truth his job back.

The veteran tweeted:

No [cap emoji] #WeWantTruth was seen, heard, felt and understood… Believe me when I say this, I Love EVERYONE of yall to death. We made history together.”

While this provides closure to the speculations, there are still conspiracies persisting about the same.

Though he was appreciative about his return, Triple H did not like one aspect of it.
