A promising WWE star has commented on the possibilities of this facing the 17-time World Champion, John Cena.
Last week during WrestleMania 41, Cena defeated Cody Rhodes to win his 17th World Championship, while the night before, NXT Champion Oba Femi defended his title against Trick Williams and Je’Von Evans.
Speaking in a recent episode of No Contest Wrestling Podcast, Oba Femi opened up on the chances of facing Cena before Cena retired.
I wish. I wish. But, he’s in the twilight of his career. He’s winding down, I’m just getting started. I don’t know if our paths are going to cross in that fashion, I hope it does, but I don’t think so.”

While Femi remains confused about facing Cena, The Leader of Cenation was recently dropped by an RKO by Randy Orton on the 21st April episode of Raw, generating a new rivalry for the next match.
A WWE Star Has Reflected On His Shock Win Over John Cena
Speaking with Kenny McIntosh over WrestleMania weekend, Carlito reflected on his shocking victory over John Cena several years ago.
“It was great. Taking down [Cena], I think he wasn’t the biggest thing at that point, but you could tell he was going to be the biggest star in the world. To humble him for one night was not bad at all.”
