The thought is this is not going to be his only match this year. Whether it’s Saudi Arabia, whether it’s SummerSlam, he’s probably going to wrestle Roman Reigns coming off of this. That’s always been the plan.
In addition to the highly-anticipated clash with Reigns, Meltzer suggested the likelihood of The Rock engaging in a singles match against Cody Rhodes, particularly if Rhodes secures a title victory. I think he’s probably gonna do a singles match with Cody probably, if Cody wins the title, I can easily see them doing that match.
