Following a shock return, a popular tag team rides again on AEW Dynamite.
Jungle Boy has been absent from AEW television since losing the World Tag Team Titles to the Young Bucks on June 15th. On that occasion, Jungle Boy and Luchasaurus were defeated in a Ladder Match but arguably the most memorable moment came once the match was over.
Christian Cage had been a manager or guide of sorts for the team, but following their defeat he turned his back on Jungle Boy attacking him with a steel chair. He left him laying as the show went off the air following a con-chair-to.
In the weeks since the brutal attack, Luchasaurus joined forces with Cage attacking anyone and everyone who dared to get in their way. This led to a match between the pair on the July 20th edition of the show against the Varsity Blondes.

Cage and his masked companion made short work of their rivals before Jungle Boy’s music hit to a monster ovation. As he made his way to the ring, steel chair in hand, he confronted by Luchasaurus, who eventually sided with his long-time friend.
With the two men seemingly back on the same page, Jungle Boy chased Cage through the crowd and out of the arena.
