Trinity Fatu might be done with WWE, but it doesn’t appear that she’s done with the world of professional wrestling.
The star formerly known as Naomi hasn’t wrestled in almost a year, and it’s unclear where and when she will be back. However, she seemingly won’t be back with WWE anytime soon.
In a post on social media on March 23rd the former SmackDown Women’s Champion confirmed that she was no longer with the company.
It has now been reported by Fightful Select that she is backstage at ROH Supercard of Honor, only increasing speculation that she could be moving to ROH sister company AEW.
As of a couple of months ago, some within WWE remained hopeful that the star would be back on WWE television.
Trinity Fatu Done With WWE, But Looking At Wrestling Return
Speculation around Fatu’s future went into overdrive on March 24th when it came to light that she had registered a new trademark for wrestling and merchandise purposes. The trademark was for the name Trinity Starr, which many fans believe will be her new ring name.
Trinity Fatu hasn’t wrestled since May 15th, 2022, with her last televised match coming two days earlier on an episode of Smackdown.
Just 24 hours after her last match the star walked out of a Monday Night Raw taping with her tag team partner Sasha Banks, now known as Mercedes Mone. Neither woman has appeared for WWE since.
