WWE have reportedly filed a trademark for the name ‘Doudrop’, sparking speculation that this may be the new ring name of former NXT UK star, Piper Niven.

No idea if they'll use it

The trademark filing, later reported by The Wrestling Observer, appears to qualify the suggestion that the Scot may be in for a rebrand of sorts.
Niven made her Monday Night RAW debut this past week, aligning herself with the returning Eva Marie.
Marie had been scheduled to face Naomi in her first match since returning to the company, however, Niven competed in her stead and swiftly dispatched the former Smackdown Women’s Champion.
Post-match, Marie surprisingly announced herself as the winner, which did not appear to bother Niven, who excitedly hugged Marie – an act which Marie did not exactly reciprocate.
Curiously, the announcers did not appear to recognise Niven, or refer to her by name, despite her having appeared on both NXT UK and the inaugural Mae Young Classic back in 2017.
Post-RAW, Niven was minded to speak out on social media having been targeted by internet trolls with regards to her appearance.
