Former NXT United Kingdon Champion Pete Dunne has taken to Twitter to show off his incredible physical transformation.
“n a t t y g a n g Seriously though I have a lot of people asking for the ‘secret’, diet plan etc Train to legit failure, eat in a slight deficit, make sustainable changes for life not just for 6 weeks Throw in decent genetics and you’d be surprised what you’re capable of”

Up until recently, Pete Dunne was the longest reigning NXT UK Champion of all time, only being overtaken by WALTER – who has also been champion throughout a six-month hiatus during his reign. Meanwhile, Dunne has been plying his trade across the pond in NXT, targeting the NXT Championship as part of the Kings of NXT – alongside Pat McAfee, Danny Burch and Oney Lorcan. The Bruiserweight’s title opportunity came at NXT TakeOver: Vengeance Day, where he fought to a losing effort against Finn Bálor. The NXT Champion, though, would be full of praise for Dunne following the colossal clash.
“I’ve been doing this 20-plus years, and I’ve been in the ring with all sorts of talented guys throughout my journey, and I feel like Pete Dunne is right up there in the top five guys I’ve ever been in the ring with. He’s absolutely a special talent, and at his age, his confidence that he has in the ring, his ability, his skill, he’s one of the absolute best I’ve ever been in the ring with.”
You can catch Pete Dunne every Wednesday night on NXT at 1am on BT Sport 1 HD.
