WWE legend Hulk Hogan fell into many controversies in the later stages of his life. One of the most noteworthy examples of this was when Missy Beefcake, wife of retired pro wrestler Brutus Beefcake, alleged that Hogan wanted to swing.

Radio personality Bubba Clem has now spoken out on this in the wake of The Immortal One’s passing, vehemently calling it a false allegation.

On the Klem & Kush Podcast, Bubba revealed that he had a conversation with Missy Beefcake one year ago.

During the discussion, she had told him that she “hates” Hogan. He was not interested in getting involved with promoting her husband’s book because they had painted Hulk Hogan in a bad light. He then got to the meat of the matter.

About a year ago, [Missy Beefcake] had gotten a hold of me through Facebook Messenger, and she was like, ‘Hey, you need to have me and Brutus on [the podcast] and let me tell you what happened.

When Hogan was with Jennifer, they propositioned us to swing, and that’s when Hogan wrote off Brutus’ — I know that’s not true. No, never in a million years,” Bubba Clem said.

The Immortal One was the pioneer of professional wrestling. His win over The Iron Sheik in 1984 to become WWE Champion, and the remarkable bodyslam he hit on Andre the Giant at WrestleMania III, are the events that put World Wrestling Entertainment on the map.

Despite his continued success through the ’90s in both WWE and WCW, and later in TNA, Hulk Hogan’s controversial moments led to many fans and personalities within the industry being turned off by the veteran. Be that as it may, one cannot pull The Hulkster out of the equation, as without him, pro wrestling would never be what it is today.
