Before AEW Dynamite closed out, a celebration took place, full of confetti and a loud pop from the crowd, and that’s because Orange Cassidy has been named the new All-Atlantic Champion.
Dynamite’s main event on Wednesday featured a championship contest between Orange Cassidy and PAC, who O.C. has never beaten up until tonight.
Near the end of the bout, PAC went outside of the squared circle to grab the ring bell, however, he would be stopped by the antics of Danhausen. In response, PAC landed a hammer from under the ring, but Cassidy got to him before he could hit him with it. Instead, it was Cassidy who would hit PAC with a punch. Then, it appeared that Cassidy was going to smash PAC with the bell, but chose not to use it, rather hitting PAC with the Orange Punch twice, which led to Cassidy getting the pin for the title win.
When the program ended, Cassidy was celebrating in the ring with his Best Friends faction, with confetti raining down on them.

Throughout the rivalry between Orange Cassidy and PAC, the “Bastard” has dominated with an undefeated mark, however, each match saw O.C. getting closer to beating PAC, appearing to figure out ways to beat him. On Wednesday night, he did, becoming the new AEW All-Atlantic Champion.
