More details on Hulk Hogan’s demise have come to light.
Earlier today, on July 24, Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan passed away from a sudden cardiac arrest. Widely regarded as one of the greatest professional wrestlers to ever grace the ring, Hogan’s death left many across the globe shattered.
In a TikTok video now going viral on the social media circuit, Hogan could be seen in a stretcher getting transferred from his Clearwater, Florida, home to a nearby parked ambulance. TMZ earlier confirmed that he was announced dead upon his arrival at the hospital.
Confirming the reports, a recent press conference hosted by the Clearwater Police shared more details on the death and deemed nothing to be suspicious.
Maj. Nate Burnside stated at the press conference:
Just before 10 a.m. today, Clearwater Fire and Rescue along with the Clearwater Police Department responded to a house in the 1000th block of the Eldorado Avenue for a medical related call. It was discovered at the time that Terry Bollea, also known as Hulk Hogan was experiencing a serious medical related issue. Personnel provided medical treatment at that time and transported Mr.Bollea to the Morton Plant Hospital, where he died at 11:17 a.m.
The Clearwater Police Department is conducting a death investigation which is standard in these types of cases. There are no signs of foulplay or suspicious activity related to the call for service at this time. Our personnel is providing the family with necessary resources, I am strongly encouraging everyone to keep the family in their thoughts and respect their privacy during this difficult time.”
