Indi Hartwell will make the second defence of her NXT Women’s Title at Spring Breakin’.
On the April 18th episode of NXT Roxanne Perez took on Zoey Stark. At the end of a back-and-forth contest, it was Perez who scored the win thanks to her Pop Rocks. However, her celebrations were cut short as Women’s Champion Indi Hartwell made her way to the ring.
Hartwell offered the former champion a shot at her title which Perez quickly accepted. The duo was then met by Tiffany Stratton who made her own case for being involved in the match. The end result was a Triple Threat Match announced for Spring Breakin’.
Elsewhere, Kiana James & Brooks Jensen challenged Fallon Henley and Josh Briggs at the special, and it was confirmed that Tony D’Angelo & Stacks will take on Pretty Deadly in the first-ever Trunk Match. Details over what the match might include are unclear, although a Casket Match with a crime family twist could be the order of the day.
Bron Breakker’s path of destruction led him to Spear Odyssey Jones into oblivion for seemingly daring to be booked for a match. After cutting a promo on the crowd, Breakker was interrupted by Duke Hudson of Chase U. This sets up a match between Breakker and Andre Chase at Spring Breakin’.
