Thea Hail is ready to make waves in NXT 2.0; she just has to graduate high school first.
NXT’s youngest star Thea Hail reported to the Performance Center back in March, and on last week’s NXT 2.0, the Pittsburgh native discussed how proud she was to be signed to WWE and revealed that she has yet to graduate high school.
Tonight’s episode featured another vignette for the young star in which she looks forward to graduating on May 25th. She went through a stack of college acceptance letters in the vignette, showing that she’s been accepted to a number of prestigious universities, and that while many of her peers are looking for careers as teachers or doctors, her sights are firmly set on being a WWE Superstar.
Thea made it clear that she’s grateful to WWE for allowing her to train in NXT while attending college, and she says that due to that opportunity, she has to choose her school carefully. On next week’s episode of NXT 2.0, with her high school diploma in hand, she plans to make her choice in front of the NXT audience.

The young star is no stranger to hard work as she’s an accomplished gymnast, having trained for eleven years and is a six time state vault champion.
Despite still being in high school, Thea Hail has already made her in-ring debut, losing to Diamond Mine’s Ivy Nile on the April 8th episode of NXT Level Up. In the following weeks, she suffered losses to Fallon Henley, Sloane Jacobs, and Elektra Lopez. She has yet to secure a victory in her short time with WWE, and next week will mark her NXT 2.0 debut.
