While Julius Creed has only appeared on NXT twice, he has reportedly already been causing a stir backstage.

Two-time NCAA All American Jacob Kasper signed with WWE back in October 2020. The amateur wrestling star had earlier placed at the 2016 Olympic trials.

Repackaged as Julius Creed, alongside his brother Drew Kasper, now known as Brutus Creed, the pair debuted in NXT on September 7th joining the Diamond Mine.

Writing in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Dave Meltzer reported that those backstage had already suggested that Jacob is special.

“I’ve had people remark that Jacob Kasper, who is Julius Creed of the Diamond Mine in NXT, is going to be special. Actually I first heard this privately before he ever signed regarding they felt he had potential to be a major star. While training, he’s developed a reputation for being a hard worker and quick learner and his name has been mentioned to me a few times and even more of late.”

On the most recent episode of NXT, the launch of NXT 2.0, the Creed Brothers were again in action impressively dismantling a team of local talents.

The ‘New NXT’ also saw the debut of Bron Breakker, the man formerly known as Bronson Rechsteiner. The rookie made relatively short work work of LA Knight, marking his first appearance with a win.
