Cross-Promotional Star Joins Los Ingobernables de Japon

NJPW

This week, New Japan Pro Wrestling (NJPW) held their Declaration of Power event, which featured the main event between Jay White and Tama Tonga for the NJPW IWGP World Heavyweight Championship, which saw White retain.

During the event, shockwaves would be sent throughout NJPW and the rest of the wrestling world after interference would lead to Los Ingobernables de Japon (Hiromu Takahashi, Tetsuya Naito, BUSHI and SANADA) getting the victory over Aussie Empire.

When it was revealed who interfered, it was a masked Titan, who currently holds the CMLL World Welterweight Championship. Afterwards, he officially joined the LIJ faction after asking to do so, which the group agreed upon.

In CMLL, the stable was originally set as an idea in 2013, however, they were formed as an actual faction the next year. Though fans believed that Rush was the leader, the faction all put themselves as equals. When Tetsuya Naito, the tag team partner of La Sombra, returned to Japan and formed a group, it would be Los Ingobernables de Japon.

With the original run of LIJ in CMLL, they would last up to 2019, however, La Bestia Del Ring and Rush would end up leaving the promotion, but the company would try to bring it back with Lus Nuevos Ingobernables, which consists of Angel De Oro, Niebla Roja and El Terrible.
