Next WWE Signing Promises “It’s Not Goodbye Forever” To His Old Company

Aigle Blanc wXw WWE 2025 Mike D Vecchio Gunther

Aigle Blanc discussed his Westside Xtreme Wrestling (wXw) exit ahead of his potential WWE arrival.

It was reported in March, following the European tryouts, that WWE was ready to offer contracts to independent wrestlers Zozaya, Mike D Vecchio, and Aigle Blanc.

Aigle Blanc, a masked French wrestler known for his work in wXw, has now confirmed his status with his promotion. The wXw Shortcut To The Top event on August 16 marked Blanc’s final appearance for the company “for a long time.”

Aigle Blanc Is Seemingly WWE-Bound After Confirming His wXw Status

In an interview with the German wXw promotion, Aigle Blanc made a heartfelt statement to its fans and those who helped him grow as a performer.

Blanc is moving to the United States for what the host Dan Mallmann described as his “next career step,” but he asserted that it was not “goodbye forever,” and made a request to the wXw fans not to forget him, as he will be back someday.

Thank you for everything,” Aigle Blanc began, directly addressing the WXW fans. “I think that everything we’ve done–the fans, the crew, everything that helped me grow–if my career goes to the next level now, it’s mainly because of WXW. So I just want to thank everybody, and please don’t forget me, because I will never forget you for what you have done for me. Thank you very much.”

“It’s not like goodbye forever. I want to come back whatever happens. This is my home, and I will never forget that,” Blanc concluded.

wXw’s Mike D Vecchio has also confirmed his WWE signing already. This is a huge opportunity for these young wrestlers as the sports entertainment capital pushes fresh talent these days. Gunther, now an established main event talent in WWE, was previously signed to wXw, where he became a prominent figure and achieved significant success.
