The destination for WWE’s next International PLE has reportedly been revealed.
Ahead of Bash in Berlin later this month, a new report about the Stamford-based promotion’s next International PLE has emerged. Over the past few years, the promotion has consistently focused on its International market and has hosted multiple PLEs outside the United States.
In 2024, the promotion hosted events in Australia, Saudi Arabia, Canada, Scotland, and France. It is now set to host ‘Bash in Berlin’, in Germany on August 31st, 2024. A latest report from PW Nexus revealed the next potential destination.
After France, Scotland, and Germany in Europe, the promotion might go to another European Nation, Italy. However, more details on this report are yet to emerge.
A few days ago, The American Nightmare Cody Rhodes desired Italy to host a PLE and it might come true.
Cody Rhodes Hopes To See Italy Host A WWE PLE
In an interview with Gabby LaSpisa on Gabby AF, Cody Rhodes shared his desire for Italy to host a PLE.
I really hope that Italy gets a WWE….we did a show in Italy, a live event. They were, if people saw Scotland, Scotland was outrageous. If people saw France, France was outrageous. I wish people got to see what Italy was like. I didn’t know what we were walking into. I didn’t even know if we were on TV in Italy. They would be a great place for a PLE.”
Italy can be a great destination for a PLE although WWE is currently focussed on Bash in Berlin, with a World Championship match already set.
