After weeks of waiting, WWE NXT has its brand new Women’s North American Champion.
Earlier this year, at the Vengeance Day 2025 PLE, Stephanie Vaquer defeated Fallon Henley to become the Women’s North American Champion. However, almost a month later, she defeated Giulia to become the dual North American and Women’s NXT Champion. Although Vaquer vacated the title soon after.
Now, after months of waiting, promising NXT star Sol Ruca defeated five other women in a ladder match at the Stand & Deliver PLE to crown herself the new NXT Women’s North American Champion. The closing moments of the bout saw Sol Ruca share a moment with her partner Zaria before flipping her over and capturing the gold.
This marks the first title win for Ruca.
