A new tag team is coming to NXT soon.
On the latest episode of NXT, a video aired showing the strong bond between Bronco Nima and Lucien Price, who have been friends since childhood.
The pair said that they grew up on the streets, only trusting each other. While it’s taken a while for them to reach NXT, the developmental brand isn’t ready for them.
Although it’s unknown exactly when the duo will debut, the vignette ended saying they would be “coming soon.”
While Price and Nima haven’t appeared on NXT as yet, they have made several appearances on LVL UP, where they’ve been on the losing end of matches against the likes of The Dyad and Gallus.
WWE Raw stars return to NXT tag team division
Nima and Price will have a tough time breaking into the NXT tag division as a pair of main roster stars have returned to put the rest of the teams on notice.
Humberto Carrillo and Angel Garza made a shock appearance on June 13th, attacking Scrypts and Axiom after the pair had defeated the monstrous Dabba-Kato in a Handicap match.
Later in the show, they cut a promo declaring that they were now part of the tag team scene.
Carrillo and Garza have only appeared on a handful of occasions on WWE TV in 2023. They began teaming together in 2021 as Los Lotharios. While they were briefly featured on SmackDown, they quickly slid down the card and out of view.
In recent months, more and more main roster stars have made appearances on NXT. These have included the likes of Baron Corbin, Mustafa Ali, and Dana Brooke.
It has also been announced that Seth Rollins will not only be seen on the developmental brand, but is set to defend his World Heavyweight Championship against Bron Breakker.
