New Trademark Filing Hints At Post-WWE Plans For Bobby Lashley

Bobby Lashley Hurt Business

Bobby Lashley’s post-WWE plans might just be on the horizon.

A new trademark filing has led fans to believe what Lashley might be doing next. With both Lashley and MVP now out of WWE, the two could reunite soon outside of their former company.

The two former members of The Hurt Business were moved to the alumni section on August 16th and a trademark filing for ‘The Hurt Syndicate’ was registered on August 14th for professional wrestling and entertainment services. A company named ‘Totally Harmless Concept, LLC.’ submitted the filing.

MVP and ‘Totally Harmless Concept, LLC.’ have been linked in the past as well when the company filed a trademark for ‘MVP’ and his theme song ‘Ghetto Strong Style’ before his NJPW run in 2013.

The former United States Champion also teased a reunion with Lashley on social media with a gif of The Almighty One. At Bloodsport, MVP vocally announced that he not might be back to the Stamford-based promotion, while Bobby Lashley has a boxing match reportedly planned.

Although there is no guarantee of a reunion, fans eagerly hope to see two of their favorite stars together once more.

In recent news, an injured superstar recently returned to WWE and attacked Roman Reigns.

Bobby Lashley Opens On His Relationship With Triple H

Lashley has been long rumored to be done with WWE. After weeks of rumors, the former World Champion was moved to the alumni section on August 16th. Speaking on The Laboratory with Plaz, Bobby Lashley opened up on his relationship with Triple H.

If I say the wrong thing right now [laughs]. I had a connection with Vince. Vince understood me. Vince was big on, like, the show. He looked at people that were stars, and he saw that in me. And there were a lot of little nuggets that Vince would give me all the way throughout my career and tell me different things.

So Vince just looked at me, he was like, ‘I can tell Bobby works his ass off. I can send him anywhere around the country to represent the company [and] the brand.’ He just looked at me like a star. So I like Vince [in this comparison].

I haven’t really had too much of a connection with Hunter.”

The former WWE Champion claimed that while Vince McMahon saw Lashley as a major star, Triple H has his own set of guys.

The latest rumors suggest Lashley and MVP might be on their way toward AEW where a reunion with Shelton Benjamin can take place.
