New Supergroup Forms On AEW Collision

Everybody loves the Bang Bang Scissor Gang!

Over the past few weeks, The Acclaimed has been trying to recruit Jay White and Bullet Club Gold to form a supergroup in AEW, and on the January 20th edition of Collision, they got their answer.

On the January 17th episode of Dynamite, White, Colten Gunn, and Austin Gunn captured the ROH Six-Man Tag Titles from The Mogul Embassy. The trio went to the ring on Collision to celebrate the victory, only for the Trios Champions to interrupt and once again request an alliance.

After some hesitation, while the St Louis crowd chanted for the ‘Bang Bang Scissor Gang,’ the Bullet Club trio joined their finger guns with The Acclaimed’s scissors to make the new group official. The heart-warming moment also means the Gunns are back on the same page as their father after months of animosity in the family.

The new superfaction is now likely to go to war with The Undisputed Kingdom as that group had attacked both teams in the build-up to Adam Cole being revealed as The Devil at AEW Worlds End.

Elsewhere on Collision, FTR challenged the House of Black to a huge steel cage match on January 27th.

The Acclaimed To Defend AEW Trios Titles On Dynamite

Before they can turn their attention to The Undisputed Kingdom, The Acclaimed will have another fight on their hands on Dynamite as The Mogul Embassy’s Brian Cage & Gates of Agony challenge them for the Trios Titles.

In a new update regarding AEW, there have been major concerns regarding attendance figures.
