Natalya Confesses To Superficial Judgment Of Female WWE Star, Issues Public Apology

The WWE Star Natalya Believes Is On The Verge Of A Breakout Moment

18-year WWE veteran Natalya recently admitted to a superficial judgment towards a fellow female superstar, for which she quickly apologized.

Natalya has been with World Wrestling Entertainment since 2007 and has been involved with numerous high-profile feuds and alliances. She has been a two-time WWE Women’s Champion (one being the Divas Championship) and a women’s tag-team champion with Tamina Snuka.

Nowadays, Nattie has been working with young talent to put them over. Her current alliance is with Maxxine Dupri of the Alpha Academy

During a recent interview on Busted Open, Natalya revealed that Dupri wanted to train with the legendary “Hart Dungeon” but thought that the latter didn’t have what it takes.

After the 28-year-old insisted and was able to outwrestle other trainers for four hours, the 43-year-old veteran then sent her apologies, alongside being impressed.

“Sydney (Dupri’s real name) stayed with us for four hours and outwrestled everyone and so I wanna say I’m sorry because I did judge a book by its’ cover and you impressed the sh*t out of me,” Natalya stated.

Natalya and Dupri’s recent match as a tag team was a loss in the Women’s Tag Team gauntlet match on the April 11 episode of SmackDown to Bayley and Lyra Valkyria. This is due to the latter getting pinned by an inside cradle by The Role Model.

Current WWE Superstar Natalya has been killing it in the independent scene

Aside from being an 18-year WWE veteran, Natalya has also entered the world of the indies as she has been longing to showcase her full potential, despite being with the main roster for so long.

Under her previous name, ‘Nattie Neidhart,’ she competed for Josh Barnett’s Bloodsport XIII (sponsored by Game Changer Wrestling) during WrestleMania weekend on April 17th.

During the event, the Canadian viciously defeated Miyu Yamashita via a referee stoppage. Then, she and NWA Women’s World Champion Kenzie Page got into it after the match.

This led to the title match at NWA Crockett’s Cup 2025, where Page retained.

Nonetheless, Natalya will have her first championship match in WWE in eight years when she challenges Kali Armstrong for the WWE Evolve Women’s Championship next week.

It will be interesting to see if Nattie will unleash her indie side during the title bout against the up-and-comer Armstrong.
