Naomi Announced For First Appearance Since WWE Suspension

Naomi is set to make her first public appearance since being suspended from WWE!

On May 16th, Sasha Banks and Naomi shook the wresting world when they walked out of Monday Night Raw over an alleged creative dispute with Vince McMahon. The two had been scheduled to participate in a six-pack challenge to determine the next number one contender to face Bianca Belair for the Raw Women’s Championship, and surprising reports later indicated that Naomi would have won that match.

However, when the then-WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions walked out, the main event of the show was changed to Becky Lynch vs. Asuka, with Becky Lynch emerging victorious.

In the wake of their walkout, Banks and Naomi were stripped of their championships and suspended indefinitely without pay.

Despite still being employed by the WWE during her suspension, a recent announcement reveals that Naomi will be making her first public appearance since the Raw incident.

The announcement, which was retweeted by the star’s verified Twitter account, reveals that the former SmackDown Women’s Champion will be featured on an upcoming episode of Kevin Hart’s Celebrity Game Face show.

“.@NaomiWWE will be featured on an episode of the upcoming season of Celebrity Game Face hosted by Kevin Hart.”

The IMDB description of the show reads as follows:

“Kevin Hart and his wife challenge other celebrity couples to games that they can play in their own homes.”

While Naomi’s husband Jimmy Uso has not yet been announced for the show, the fact that it normally features couples indicates that he may also be taking part in the program.

As for her former tag team partner Sasha Banks, reports have emerged that indicate The Boss has hired legal help to obtain her release from WWE. While some believe that she was actually released weeks ago, these reports have not been confirmed by the company.

Banks also appeared on a Kevin Hart program back in May, engaging in a lightsaber battle on his show Cold as Balls.
