Naomi has taken to Twitter for the first time since she was suspended indefinitely by WWE for walking out during an episode of Monday Night Raw.
The May 16th 2022 episode of Monday Night Raw already lives in wrestling infamy and it has nothing to do with anything that happened in the ring.
Sasha Banks and Naomi had originally be scheduled to take part in a six-pack challenge to crown a new number one contender for Bianca Belair’s Raw Women’s Title. However, following a disagreement over creative, the Women’s Tag Team Champions left the taping, handing their title belts to Head of Talent Relations John Laurinaitis on the way out.
This led to a frantic re-write of the show, with Becky Lynch and Asuka taking the main event spot.
After WWE released a statement during the show criticising the pair, on the following episode of SmackDown, Michael Cole announced that the two women had been suspended indefinitely. Furthermore, they were stripped of the Women’s Tag Team Titles.
The women were later removed from WWE’s ‘The. Now. Forever.’ opening video package, and all of their merchandise was removed from the company’s online store.
Both Naomi and Sasha Banks have remained quiet since May 16th, but the former has now broken her Twitter silence.
In the post, the star shared a motivational video which stated the following:
“What’s popping? These are five things you need to hear today. Let’s go. 1. Important people come and go. That’s ok. 2. You can look at it as rejection or you can look at it as redirection. 3. You define what fun is. Don’t allow someone to make you feel like what you like is stupid. 4. Sometimes, you’re gonna have to let other people down to make yourself happy. 5. Diet isn’t just what you eat. Your diet is what you watch, listen to and allow around you.”

At time of writing there is no word on when Sasha Banks or Naomi will be returning to WWE.
