Multiple WWE Royal Rumble Returns Leaked

Multiple WWE Royal Rumble Returns Leaked

Multiple returns to WWE have been seemingly revealed.

With 30 spots to fill in each of the Royal Rumble matches, surprise entrants are of course inevitable. According to a new report, multiple surprises have been leaked with one of the names listed potentially taking part in their first WWE match in more than 20 years.

As reported by PWInsider, Sean Waltman has been spotted around the Performance Center in Florida in recent weeks and has been previously rumoured to be a part of the iconic battle royal. If Waltman does compete, this will be his first match in the company since taking part in an 8-man tag match on Raw back in July 2002. Waltman’s last wrestling match took place in GCW in 2022 where he faced Joey Janela.

The remaining 2 names rumoured to be entering the match concern the Women’s Rumble. Having been off TV since July 2023, it is being reported that Liv Morgan is also expected to be making a return from injury shortly and this would be a logical place to reintroduce the former Women’s Champion into the division.

The final name listed is one who departed the company back in 2022. Naomi, currently wrestling as Trinity in TNA, is slated to finish up with the promotion in January. It has further been confirmed by company sources that the current Knockouts Champion will return to WWE soon and is heavily rumoured to have a big return at the event.

The report concludes by stating that as the event is taking place in Florida, there is a strong possibility that multiple NXT talent could make appearances in the match. In terms of distance, Tropicana Field is less than a 2-hour drive from the Performance Center in Orlando.
