WWE 2K23 Boasts A Tonne OF New Features

The game picks off where 2K22 left off. After the debacle that was 2K20, the developers vastly improved the game to great success and fan feedback.

As well as giving fans the opportunity to battle it out inside WarGames, the upcoming version of the game offers players a whole level of control over the WWE Superstars and is set to revolutionise the series. In an interview with Screenrant, Associate Gameplay Producer Bryan Williams explained the new features of the game.

“The level of control that the players will have in Universe this year is something that I don’t think they are expecting. I mean, Universe already is about control and being able to manipulate everything, but this new layer of being able to actually now set and direct certain actions and events to happen.”

As previously reported John Cena is this year’s cover star as 2K Showcase returns as an interactive sports documentary focusing on the 20-year career of the sixteen-time World Champion.

The game set for release on March 17th is available across multiple platforms and for current, last and cross-gen consoles.

Those who pre-order get the Bad Bunny Bonus Pack, which includes the hip-hop megastar as a playable character plus a Ruby tier Bad Bunny MyFaction card.

A Ruthless Aggression Pack is also available on the Icon Edition of the game and features OVW versions of Cena in the Prototype character, Batista as Leviathan, along with rookie Brock Lesnar and Randy Orton.
