With AEW Full Gear 2022 on the horizon comebacks are in the air. It has already been confirmed that The Elite will be back in action at the event, while it has now been claimed more stars could be about to return.
In the summer it was suggested that a number of stars had not only been contacted by WWE, but had interest in leaving All Elite Wrestling. Despite this, everyone in the end stayed put.

One star who appeared to be on his way out of the company was Malakai Black. The leader of the House of Black even went as far as asking for his release, although it was denied. Black wrestled his last AEW match at All Out and appeared to hint at his exit from the company, but later denied that he had left.
Meanwhile, Brody King and Buddy Matthews who team with Black also denied they were looking to leave AEW.
In recent weeks the trio, alongside Julia Hart have appeared in a series of vignettes hinting that a return to television could be in the air. It appears that this return may even be imminent, according to a new report.
As noted by Fightful Select, the members of the House of Black are “on the scene” in Newark for AEW Full Gear. While there has been no confirmation that the group will be appearing on the show, Malakai Black and Buddy Matthews are “in town.”
The Elite are also set to wrestle for the first time since AEW All Out when they take on Death Triangle for the AEW World Trios Titles. The Young Bucks and Kenny Omega became the first-ever champions, but were stripped of the titles just days later. The trio were suspended following the brawl which followed the All Out media scrum, and the titles were declared vacant.
On the following edition of Dynamite, Death Triangle defeated Best Friends to claim the gold.
