Much-Awaited Controversial Hulk Hogan Movie Scrapped

Hulk Hogan Reveals Which AEW Wrestler He Thinks Is

This planned Hulk Hogan movie is no longer set to release.

Last year, a director for the heavily rumored ‘Killing Gawker’ film based on Hulk Hogan’s controversial s*x tape with Heather Clem was confirmed. Oscar-nominated director Gus Van Sant, known for his previous works with Ben Affleck and Matt Damon, was confirmed to direct the film.

However, just days after Hogan’s untimely demise, an unfortunate update on the film has emerged. A latest report from TMZ noted that sources close to the publication reported that Affleck and Damon’s production company and Artists Equity hadn’t moved forward with the project in a long time. It was also noted that the halt came a long time ago before the death and is not at all related to the passing away.

It is still unclear why the planned Hogan movie was scrapped.
