With a plethora of former WWE talent in AEW, two more wrestling stars that used to ply their trade for the sports entertainment giant have debuted in the land of All Elite.
A cursory glance at the roster page on AllEliteWrestling.com shows how many stars of the company used to compete in WWE. Both AEW World Champions CM Punk and Jon Moxley, the AEW Tag Team Champions Swerve Strickland and Keith Lee, and the AEW All-Atlantic Champion PAC are among a few who used to compete in WWE before becoming All Elite.
Now two more ex-WWE stars have made their All Elite Wrestling debuts at the recent Dark tapings, and if you wish to avoid spoilers now would be a good time to click here to read about AEW and WWE going head to head once again.
At the recent Dark tapings at Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida, Levis Valenzuela was in action teaming with Vary Morales in a match against The Iron Savages – the team formerly known as Bear Country. While the name Levis Valenzuela may not be instantly recognisable, WWE and NXT fans will have recognised the competitor as the former No Way Jose.

No Way Jose was not the only ex-WWE star in action at the tapings as Westin Blake also competed in singles action, losing to The Jericho Appreciation Society’s Daniel Garcia. Blake was known as Wesley Blake in WWE and will be best remembered for his time in NXT where he teamed with Buddy Matthews – then Buddy Murphy – as Blake & Murphy.
Blake also spent some time on the main roster of WWE along with Steve Cutler and Jaxson Ryker in the ill-fated Forgotten Sons stable.
