The total viewership and demo ratings for the latest instalment of Monday Night Raw have been revealed.
As reported by Brandon Thurston of Wrestlenomics, the July 4th edition of Monday Night Raw drew an average audience of 1,563,000 viewers. The show also scored a 0.37 rating in the 18-49-year-old demographic.
By comparison, the June 27th edition of the red brand pulled in 1,951,000 viewers with a 0.54 rating in the key demographic. It should be noted that the 4th July holiday in the United States will have played a huge part in the disparity between the figures.
The July 4th edition of Monday Night Raw began with a confrontation between new United States Champion Bobby Lashley and Theory. The Money In The Bank winner Theory said that he wants a rematch with Lashley at SummerSlam, and perhaps more interestingly, he will cash-in his briefcase at the summer spectacular.
In the main event, Becky Lynch defeated Asuka in a No Holds Barred Match as their feud seemingly came to an end. Big Time Becks scored the win with a Super-Manhandle Slam through a table.
