The MLW Restart has officially announced a return date for their weekly Fusion programme after months off of the air without brand new material.

During a video entitled ‘MLW Strikes Back At Contra’, which can be seen below, it was unveiled that the promotion will return at 10pm on November 18 both on YouTube and beIN Sports in the United States.

The direction of their programming seems very clear as the MLW roster is set to take up arms against the fearsome Contra Unit lead by MLW World Heavyweight Champion, Jacob Fatu.

Last weekend, MLW began taping again after the COIVD enforced break and recorded a whopping sixteen shows from GILT nightclub in Orlando, Florida. They now have enough content to take them up to March 10, 2020.

During those tapings, former WWE stars Lio Rush, ACH and Daivari made appearances for the promotion with the latter serving as both on-screen talent and producer of the Fusion episodes alongside the popular Salina de le Renta who will produce one of the sixteen offerings.

The news comes after MLW reported that they have renewed their business relationship with beIN Sports and also formed what is being referred to as a ‘strategic partnership’ with the International Wrestling Association of Puerto Rico.

The business relationship will see talent travel between both promotions, akin to the World Wrestling Federation’s deal with Triple A in the late nineties.
