In a shocking move, AEW star MJF made an unannounced appearance at another promotion’s show.
MJF is one of the most despised heels in the business today, and revels in the heat he receives.
The Salt of the Earth is currently in a heated rivalry with CMLL’s Mistico, which reached a fever pitch during their last match at AEW Grand Slam Mexico, where he did the unthinkable by unmasking the luchador.
While fans thought that marked the end of their rivalry, it appears the feud is far from over.
MJF Shows Up At MLW Show And Attacks Mistico
Mistico, who is also the MLW Middleweight Champion, made an appearance at their Summer of the Beasts show held last night.
He was cutting a promo when he was interrupted by members of the Contra Unit. While he was successful in fending off the attack, another masked individual appeared and gave Mistico a low blow.
The masked assailant who was wearing a Mistico mask revealed himself to be MJF to everyone’s shock. The Hurt Syndicate member then cut a vicious promo where he said:
“Mistico, while you’re laying down there holding your little la cucarachas, I need you to listen to me real quick I ain’t through with you yet boy not by a long shot we’re going to wrestle again and when we do I am going to beat you within an inch of your life and that’s after I’m done making a mockery of your country your country men and your company of CMLL listen p**ta Madre Cabron listen because my name is Maxwell Jacob Freidman and I’m better than you and you know it.”

The Salt of the Earth is no stranger to MLW, as he was their tag team champion at one time and had a faction called The Dynasty along with Richard Holliday and Alex Hammerstone.
Though no date or venue has been announced for their next bout, the rivalry between MJF and Mistico continues to intensify. Given this latest attack, fans can expect a brutal showdown when the match finally happens.
