MJF Confirms He’d Join WWE If The Offer Was Right

MJF has confirmed that money does indeed talk and if the price is right come the 1st of January 2024 then he will take his Burberry scarf to WWE.

Maxwell Jacob Friedman has not shied away from courting interest from WWE on AEW television, letting the world know the exact end date of his original AEW deal as he touts his talents to the highest bidder.

Speaking at the For The Love Of Wrestling convention held by Monopoly Events in the UK, MJF confirmed that he’s more than just talk, and will go to WWE if Vince McMahon’s offer is higher than Tony Khan’s:

“I don’t know if you guys are aware of this, but on January 1st of 2024, I’m going to be a free agent. Who here would want to see me in WWE? So let me explain something to you people — I did not get into this business to make any of you happy. I got into this business to make as much money as humanly possible.”

“And if Vincent Kennedy McMahon is willing to shell out more money than my good friend Tony Khan, then yes, I would go to WWE.”

MJF has long been seen as one of the top future prospects in the wrestling business. The 26-year-old loudmouth from Long Island has picked up statement wins during his time in AEW over the likes of Cody Rhodes, Chris Jericho, and CM Punk.
