AEW star MJF has taken aim at a well-known wrestling promoter for a picture he posted of himself on social media.
MJF is well-known as someone who doesn’t hold back when it comes to criticising people. This includes wrestlers, fans, his own parents, and now even celebrity wrestling promoters.
On September 23rd, NWA President and frontman of Smashing Pumpkins, Billy Corgan, posted a picture of himself in goth-style make-up as he prepared to appear on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon.
For some reason, MJF took issue with the post and responded to call Corgan a “weird little loser”.

That wasn’t the end of things, as Friedman then tagged former NWA World’s Heavyweight Champion Matt Cardona to ask what Billy Corgan’s “deal” is.
Perhaps unsurprisingly, at the time of writing, neither man has responded to the Salt of the Earth.
MJF returned to AEW at All Out after a three-month absence. At the event, his new group, The Firm, took out everyone in the Casino Ladder Match to claim the poker chip that represents a future World Championship match.
Stokely Hathaway then revealed himself as the leader of the group and promptly handed the chip over to Friedman, who had entered the bout as the joker.
MJF can challenge the champion at a time of his choosing, however, it is unclear who he will face as Jon Moxley is set to defend his newly-won title against Hangman Adam Page on the October 18th edition of Dynamite.
