Miro (Rusev) Set For WrestleMania Week Appearance Amid WWE Rumours

Miro's First Post-AEW Appearance Announced

Former AEW star Miro is all set to appear during WrestleMania week.

Last year in September, reports emerged about Miro, aka Rusev, asking for his release from AEW. The Bulgarian Brute has not wrestled since his last match against Andrade at Worlds End 2023.

As several other reports emerged about Malakai Black, Ricky Saints, and Rey Fenix parting ways with All Elite Wrestling, PWInsider also noted that Miro had signed with WWE. Now, with only a few weeks left for WrestleMania 41, Rusev has been announced for an appearance at the KnokX Pro event in Las Vegas during the Mania 41 weekend.

As per KnokX Pro’s statement on social media:

KPE is proud to welcome home our highly esteemed special guest @tobemiro !
KnokX Pro’s very own alumni from the graduating first class of 2009! We are very honored to be in the presence of God’s Favorite Champion, The Redeemer, The Best Man, The Bulgarian Brute as he celebrates with us during Mania Week in Downtown Las Vegas on Rusev Day no less!”

Serving as a special guest for the events, the former AEW star will be present from April 16 through April 18.

Is Miro Back With CJ Perry aka Lana?

A couple of years ago, in 2023, Rusev and Lana separated from each other. Married since 2016, the couple broke up a few years ago, but are now reportedly back together. According to TMZ, the couple is now living together, splitting their time between Los Angeles and Bulgaria.
