Mick Foley has high praise for a recently returning WWE Superstar.
The high praise from The Hardcore Legend regards fellow WWE Hall of Famer Lita, who made a surprise return on the February 6th edition of WWE Raw.

The former Women’s Champion would come to the aide of Becky Lynch in the main event of the show, where Lynch was battling Bayley inside a Steel Cage. Lita would neutralise the interference from Damage CTRL, allowing The Man to be victorious.
Speaking on Foley Is Pod, the former WWE Champion stated why he was pleased to see Lita back on TV:
“I’m happy to see Lita back in the fold. For those of you who may have heard about a show we may or may not be doing together,” [referencing “Lita and I were always good friends, but we’d become really tight through the course of this project, and I’m really happy for her. She’s a big-time player.”
Foley would continue to praise another former Women’s Champion that he is a big fan of, Becky Lynch. The inaugural Hardcore Champion would say that he had concerns regarding what Lynch would be doing at WrestleMania, but plans now appear to be in place for the first woman to win a Mania main event:
“My worry coming out of the Royal Rumble was what lay in store for Becky Lynch, but it seems like the man is going to be taking care of come ‘Mania time,”
With Becky Lynch not being a part of the Elimination Chamber match, the former Raw and SmackDown Women’s Champion will not be challenging for a title at WrestleMania.
WWE were reportedly due to follow-up the return of Lita 7 days later on the February 13th broadcast of Monday Night Raw with another pioneer of the women’s division. However, these plans were scrapped prior to the start of the show.
