Michelle McCool has claimed that she would love to wrestle Bianca Belair if she ever returned to WWE.
Michelle McCool signed with WWE in late 2004 after competing in the second Diva Search. Although McCool was beaten to top prize in the competition by Christy Hemme, she penned a multi-year deal with the company.
After a brief foray onto the main roster, McCool then spent time in OVW before arriving on the main roster as a singles performer in the summer of 2006. Initially appearing as a “sexy teacher,” McCool mainly appeared on SmackDown.
By the time that McCool hung up her boots in 2011, she was a two-time Women’s Champion as well as a two-time Divas Champion.
In recent years, McCool has enjoyed a handful of fleeting returns, stepping back in the ring at the 2018 and 2022 Royal Rumble’s as well as WWE Evolution in 2018.
Speaking during a recent episode of the Wives of Wrestling podcast, McCool praised current Raw Women’s Champion Bianca Belair as “one of the most athletically gifted human beings she’d ever seen.” She continued by saying that if she ever returned to WWE, she’d love to square off against the star.
“If I were to ever come back, I would love to work with Bianca … It’s just crazy, she’s just crazy strong, she’s just crazy talented, but I really had fun with some of the newer girls this past Rumble,” she said. “Liv Morgan, I really enjoyed working with, Zelina, but I think Bianca. Becky would be fun just to talk trash with, but yeah, I think Bianca would be the one.”
During the conversation, McCool also claimed that she never asked her husband, The Undertaker, for help during her time with the company.
However, former WWE writer Freddie Prinze Jr. recently suggested that McCool and The Undertaker were involved in getting a storyline changed, with The Deadman speaking to Vince McMahon about the issue.
