Mercedes Mone Shares ‘Invaluable Experience’ She Learnt From Snoop Dogg

Mercedes Mone Issues Huge Challenge For AEW Double Or Nothing

Rapper Snoop Dogg has taught AEW TBS Champion Mercedes Mone an “invaluable experience”.

Mercedes Mone and American Rapper Snoop Dogg are cousins and have appeared multiple times together on television. Dogg even performed at Mone’s (Sasha Banks) WrestleMania 32 entrance.

Currently portraying the gimmick of ‘CEO’ on AEW television, she discussed learning the business side of things from her cousin at a recent business meeting. Before the meeting, she appeared in a Fortnite event where Snoop Dogg and Ice Spice performed.

Writing in her Mone Mag newsletter, the champion shared:

After the party, I had the privilege of joining my cousin Snoop Dogg at a business meeting. He invited me to the meeting because he wanted me to see and learn firsthand how business deals are done. Snoop was literally surrounded by Billionaires to discuss what is next for his Dr. Bombay’s ice cream brand. Snoop had such a commanding presence.

Everyone in the room was so nervous and in awe of him. These multi-billionaires were actually shy in his presence. They couldn’t even speak to him. As I legit want to learn more and more about how to be a CEO, it was an invaluable experience. I feel so grateful for Snoop to be able to learn from the very best.”

The champion discussed how even the billionaires present at the meeting were nervous around his cousin as she gained invaluable experience from the entire scenario. Apart from Dr.Bombay’s ice cream, Snoop Dogg has a variety of other business ventures, including the popular pre-mixed cocktail ‘Gin & Juice’ with Dr.Dre.

Mercedes Mone Has Teased A Match With A Current WWE Champion

In an interview on the Battleground Podcast, TBS Champion Mercedes Mone discussed the potential possibility of a match between her and current Women’s Tag-Team Champion, Jade Cargill.

You never know in wrestling. No, I never cross paths with her, but every single autograph signing that I’ve been to, before I even came to AEW, so many fans are like, ‘I hope you get to wrestle Jade, I want you to wrestle Jade.’ I’m like, alright, and then I came to [AEW], and then she went to the other place, but you never know. There’s a lot of dream matches out there in existence, so you never know in wrestling.”
