Ricochet may have already revealed his new team on AEW.
Ricochet appeared on the recent AEW Dynamite episode, where he talked about his future. In the vignette, he said he wanted to go after the gold again after defeating Mark Briscoe at Double or Nothing 2025 and noticed that those who succeeded were mostly groups like The Don Callis Family, Death Riders, The Hurt Syndicate, and The Opps.
That’s when the high-flyer heel thought he needed his own group, loyal subjects who would follow him, or a perfect crew to help him go after the gold. Due to his emphasis on the word “crew,” this may have been a hint that the new group may be: Lio Rush and Action Andretti of the Cru.
The chase for gold is on. @KingRicochet isn’t just rising—he’s strategizing.

On Superstar Crossover, Tony Khan praised the 36-year-old and said he liked working with him. The AEW founder added that he hopes to keep working with the higher-flyer heel forever.
“He’s done a fantastic job with it. I’m incredibly impressed with him. I’m proud that AEW has Ricochet on our roster for years to come — and hopefully forever because that guy’s a star. I love working with him and I think [Ricochet] is one of the best wrestlers on the planet right now and going forward.”
It will be interesting to see who will eventually join Ricochet on AEW.
