A current IMPACT Wrestling star took to social media to write that Chris Benoit should “burn in hell” and couldn’t keep up with today’s wrestling stars.
Jordynne Grace has claimed that disgraced former WWE Superstar Chris Benoit wouldn’t be able to compete with the Superstars of today. Grace added that Benoit should burn in hell.
In June 2007 Chris Benoit murdered his wife Nancy and their seven-year-old son Daniel before taking his own life, in what was one of the darkest incidents in wrestling history. As a result, all references to Benoit were removed from WWE with many fans now unable to watch his old matches.
In response to one social media user discussing how Benoit is viewed, Jordynne Grace said that from a wrestling perspective, he wouldn’t be able to keep up with modern wrestlers.
“This is gonna be the coldest take I ever tweet on this app. I already know y’all gonna be mad. I don’t think Benoit could 100% hang with most of the present day best wrestlers. He would not be able to remember matches. Also may he burn in hell, amen,”

In response, IMPACT legend Gail Kim said she felt he would be able to reach the same heights before praising Kurt Angle, noting that he would also be a star today.
However, Grace added that she is unable to separate the person and his actions from the wrestler.
