Maximum Male Models, Dana Brooke & More Released By WWE

The Maximum Male Models Mace Mansoor on WWE SmackDown 2022

More names have been removed from the WWE main roster as Maximum Male Models, Dana Brooke and two other names are gone from the company.

Mace, Mansoor, Dana Brooke, Dabba Kato and Shanky join a growing list of names that WWE has let go on September 21, according to Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful.

Mace and Mansoor both floated around as singles act before the two truly found synergy as the team of Maximum Male Models. Along with Maxxine Dupri, the trio mostly remained a team that suffered defeat, but all became wrestling Internet darlings with their online Making It Maximum series.

Dana Brooke was a hugely established name in the women’s division down in NXT, but she never found her footing while on the main roster. She just recently made a return to NXT along with another released name in Mustafa Ali.

Dabba Kato had a short run, primarily as Apollo Crews’ enforcer while the two were together on SmackDown and Shandy became a presence alongside Jinder Mahal.

The Promising Beginnings Of Maximum Male Models & Dana Brooke

The Maximum Male Models literally came from different parts of the globe, but their chemistry as a persona was undeniable.

Mace originally cut his teeth as a commentator under his original alias Dio Maddin, before turning to Mace as a member of the forgettable Retribution.

Mansoor on the other hand, was signed as a talent from Saudi Arabia where he was routinely highlighted when the company would fly over for those shows.

Dana Brooke was a former bodybuilder before she signed with WWE over ten years ago and while in her first run with NXT, she mixed it up with current top names Becky Lynch, Charlotte Flair and Bayley.

In recent news, Mace and Mansoor are set to debut in ROH.
