Matt & Jeff Hardy Teased For WWE/TNA Crossover Match

TNA Wrestling’s Matt and Jeff Hardy have teased a potential match against WWE’s NXT Tag Team Champions Nathan Frazer and Axiom.

Fraxiom has been heavily involved in the WWE-TNA collaboration, successfully defending their titles twice on recent episodes of Impact. The duo retained their gold against The Rascalz and the team of Ryan & Nic Nemeth.

However, the reigning NXT Tag Team Champions were left questioning if they had truly faced TNA’s best. In an exclusive segment shared on YouTube, Frazer and Axiom reflected on their recent defences before being approached by none other than TNA Tag Team Champions, The Hardy Boyz.

Matt and Jeff Hardy expressed their admiration for the young champions, acknowledging their skills while also planting the seeds for a future showdown. Matt and Jeff said they were fans of Fraxiom, before making it clear that they would love to share the ring with them at some point.

The exchange ended with the legendary tag team walking away as Frazer turned to Axiom and simply stated, “One day.” Fraxiom has held the NXT Tag Team Championship since September 2024, capturing the title from Chase U at NXT No Mercy.

Why Did Jeff Hardy Almost Stay With AEW?

Jeff Hardy spoke about how he nearly made the decision to remain with AEW and sign a contract extension as he felt like he had more to prove in the company and to have great matches with top talent. However, Hardy recalled having a good run with TNA in the past and felt like it was the right time to return to the promotion.
