Matt Jackson of The Young Bucks has teased that he will see fans “very soon” as he speaks in his first video released since his suspension in AEW.
AEW was thrown into a state of chaos and confusion following their All Out pay-per-view in Chicago at the start of September. While the company should have been celebrating CM Punk as their new champion and the return of MJF, things went south at the post-show media scrum.
CM Punk sought to settle a few scores at the press conference taking verbal shots at everyone from The Young Bucks to his former friend Colt Cabana. The Bucks are said to have approached Punk in his locker room following this where a physical fight broke out. Several stars and staff were suspended as a result but some have returned to work with their roles believed to be that of peacemakers.
CM Punk, Matt Jackson, Nick Jackson, Kenny Omega, and company producer Ace Steel remain suspended and nobody from the company is commenting on the situation.
Now Matt Jackson has taken to social media where he dropped a short video where he says that he’ll be seeing fans very soon:
“Thank you so much, guys, for everything. For the last 18 years, you guys have supported us and been so great to us, and I really can’t wait to see you guys very soon.”
AEW Dynamite takes place in Philadelphia on the 28th of September and it remains to be seen if that is too soon for The Young Bucks to return.
