Massive Star Wants CM Punk Gone From WWE

Why CM Punk Screamed At WWE Executive After Previous WrestleMania Match

A WWE star has made his feelings about CM Punk clear.

CM Punk has always been a polarizing figure in wrestling. He is a star who has an equal number of detractors as he has fans.

One of the leading figures who has made his disdain of Punk well known is Seth Rollins, who has always claimed that “The Best In The World” was not good for business. The Architect has made it his sole mission to rid the WWE of Punk.

On the recent episode of the Up and Adams Show, Rollins doubled down on this sentiment. When asked why The Architect didn’t want the satisfaction of beating his eternal foe at MITB, Seth responded that he had already beaten him at WrestleMania and that Punk didn’t belong in a high-profile match like this, which is why Seth got Bron Breakker to ensure that Punk doesn’t qualify for the event.

He explained:

“Punk is not good for what we do, look, he’s a bad dude I have put it out there many times, I beat him in the main event of WrestleMania I don’t want him anywhere near this contract [MITB Match]. I’ve dealt with CM Punk for far too long, this guy shouldn’t even be in my wind-space. I want him gone. I want him out of here. He doesn’t deserve a spot in a high-profile match like this.”

These statements from Seth will only add fuel to the long-standing rivalry. Now with a powerful group backing him up, we can only imagine Seth’s drive to ensure his archrival’s exit from the promotion.

Seth Rollins Is Among The Favorites To Win The WWE Money In The Bank 2025 Match

Rollins is all set to participate in his third MITB match. The Monday Night Messiah faces stiff competition from El Grande Americano, Penta, Andrade, Solo Sikoa, and LA Knight, all of whom are gunning to win the coveted contract.

The Architect has made it his motto to be the gatekeeper of WWE’s future, and a chance at winning gold again will help him accomplish it faster.

Reports suggest he is one of the two internal favorites to walk out with the briefcase, and it would be intriguing to see who the company backs.
