A massive update has emerged on Darby Allin ahead of AEW All In Texas.
Darby Allin, who last wrestled for the company on December 22, 2024, in a match against Richochet, took a hiatus to fulfill his lifelong goal of climbing Mount Everest.
Ever since achieving the historic feat of conquering the world’s highest peak, there have been no updates from either Allin or the company.
Now, a report from Fightful Select sheds more light on the situation. As per Sean Ross Sapp, the former AEW TNT Champion was supposed to be back by the Owen Hart Tournament, but everyone realised pretty early that it was an unrealistic expectation.
The report further adds that sources within the promotion have stated that his return was “imminent” and implied that he could be involved at All In Texas in some capacity.
The report also mentioned that he returned relatively unscathed from his Everest expedition and was in shape to compete if required.
While they have not heard of any creative plans for Darby, this is great news for his fans who have long awaited his return to AEW.

Seems that Allin can’t stop challenging himself.
The daredevil wrestler is now set to step into dangerous waters (literally) as he is set to be a part of Shark Week. The show took to its social media to post about Darby’s involvement.

Darby Allin is set to appear on July 24th for Caught! Sharks Strike Back, but the first look of the episode will be made available for viewers on the July 23rd show of AEW.
With All In 2025 scheduled on 12th July, it seems to be a perfect occasion for his return, which would also help him promote his appearance on Shark Week.
