Mandy Rose caused jaws to drop when she appeared on NXT unannounced, now a new report suggests that the black and gold brand could be seeing a lot more of her.
Rose appeared on the ramp watching the match between Sarray and Gigi Dolin. After Sarray picked up the win, Rose seemed to signal her approval at the top of the entranceway.
The appearance marked the first time that Mandy Rose has been seen on NXT since 2017. The RAW Superstar competed on the sixth series of WWE Tough Enough back in 2015. After coming second in the competition, Rose was signed to a WWE developmental contract shortly after.
Rose made her main roster debut in November 2017, as part of Absolution along with Paige and Sonya Deville. After the group disbanded, Rose and Deville continued to team together where they challenged for the Women’s Tag Team Titles. After a brief run as a singles star, Rose is currently teaming with Dana Brooke on RAW where the pair have become engaged in a rivalry with tag team champions Natalya and Tamina. Speaking backstage after the surprise appearance, Rose hinted that she has big plans for her return to NXT.
A new report from Mike Johnson of PWInsider has shed more light on Rose’s status. He says he has been told that Mandy Rose is now a full-time member of the NXT roster and is no longer a member of the red brand.
There has been plenty of moving as of late especially in the women’s division of WWE. Shotzi Blackheart and Tegan Nox debuted on SmackDown with former NXT UK Women’s Champion Toni Storm set to be joining the blue brand as well.
According to a new report from WrestleVotes, Aliyah could be making her way to the main roster following a split in the Robert Stone Brand on NXT. They suggest that Aliyah could be heading to Raw in exchange for NXT welcoming back Mandy Rose.
