An incident took place at a recent taping involving an attendee and AEW wrestler Skye Blue.
During the Ring of Honor tapings on May 8th, which took place after Dynamite went off the air, Blue was in action against Rachael Ellering. During the match, the attendee in the front row allegedly harassed Blue and made multiple inappropriate comments directed at the wrestler.
As reported by PWInsider, when Blue and Ellering were wrestling on the outside, the attendee kept making inappropriate comments and was told to “not be such a pervert” called an “a**hole” and to “f*** off” by Blue. Additionally, referee Aubrey Edwards told security to speak to the member of the audience.
It was then reported that the attendee, who also had a small child with them, was ejected shortly after being spoken to by security.
Earlier in the night on Dynamite, Mariah May faced off against The Outcasts’ Harley Cameron, who was accompanied to the ring by Saraya. On social media, Saraya has shared a gif of herself pointing at fans in the front row and has described them as “f*cking creeps.” Those whom PWInsider spoke with were told that one of those fans was the one who harassed Blue later in the night.
AEW officials also praised Blue and Ellering for keeping the match together despite the unacceptable distractions. Neither Blue nor AEW has commented on the matter.
Following the incident, Skye Blue responded and thanked the fans.
Saraya Previously Hit Back At AEW Troll
Former Women’s Champion Saraya has previously called out an online troll for their comments about women’s wrestling. When the person in question vented their issues, Saraya let her feelings be known about the “swamp ass” AEW fan.
In recent news, it has been reported that Chuck Taylor has been forced into retirement due to injury.
