Come February 19th with Elimination Chamber in the history books, attention will firmly be moved to WWE WrestleMania 39.
Anticipation is already building among fans and the card is slowly beginning to take shape. After winning the men’s Royal Rumble match Cody Rhodes booked himself a shot in the main event at Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns. Meanwhile, Rhea Ripley who won the women’s match has decided to take on SmackDown Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair.
Elimination Chamber will also have a huge impact on the event with Raw Women’s Champion Bianca Belair discovering the identity of her new number-one contender. Bray Wyatt has also challenged the winner of the clash between Brock Lesnar and Bobby Lashley, presumably to a match at the event.
Furthermore, it has now been reported by PWInsider that a match between Seth Rollins and Logan Paul is “100% set in stone for Wrestlemania 39.”
The rivalry between the pair began at the Royal Rumble when the YouTube star eliminated Rollins from the men’s Rumble match. Rollins later said that he doesn’t like Paul, adding that he doesn’t care about wrestling.
Who Will Be At WWE WrestleMania 39?
Although Dwayne Johnson will seemingly not be wrestling at the event, and Steve Austin turned down the chance to get back in the ring, the card for WrestleMania 39 already features a list of huge match-ups.
- Roman Reigns (c) vs. Cody Rhodes – Undisputed WWE Universal Championship
- Charlotte Flair (c) vs. Rhea Ripley – SmackDown Women’s Title
- Bianca Belair vs. Elimination Chamber Winner – Raw Women’s Title
It has also been widely reported that John Cena will be stepping into the ring against Austin Theory.
