Major WWE Star Out With A Concussion

Braun Strowman vs GUNTHER WWE

One of WWE’s top Superstars is currently out of action and on the injured list after reportedly suffering a concussion.

After performing on the April 21st edition of Friday Night SmackDown, Braun Strowman was scheduled for two WWE Live Events on April 22nd and 23rd but did not appear on the shows.

According to PWInsider, the former Universal Champion was pulled off the events after suffering the injury on SmackDown.

On the show, Strowman and his tag team partner, Ricochet took on Erik and Ivar of the Viking Raiders. During the match, the Monster Among Men launched Ricochet into the ring but misjudged the distance and mistakingly planted him on the floor.

Following the botched spot, Strowman then hit his head on the turnbuckle while exiting the r and collapsed on the apron.

Despite picking up the injury, the little and large duo both joked about the spot on Twitter with Strowman offering Ricochet a steak as a way of making amends.

Braun Strowman Provided The WWE Universe With A Health Update

All joking aside, Strowman took to social media to provide an update regarding his health. He apologised to fans for missing the live events, but he revealed he is doing much better.

There is no timescale regarding his return to action provided, but he ended the message stating he is taking the proper steps to ensure he recovers properly and returns 100%

Thank you to everyone that has reached out. I am doing much better. Hate missing work. Sorry to everyone over the weekend that was looking forward to me performing. We are taking every proper step to make sure I recover to 100%

Strowman returned to WWE in 2022 after he was shockingly released the previous year. Since making his comeback he has been teaming with Ricochet during a feud with Imperium, which saw him unsuccessfully challenge GUNTHER for the Intercontinental Championship.
