Pre-sale tickets for WWE Money In The Bank 2023 went on sale on February 22nd and they have been selling incredibly quickly.
Tickets for both Money In The Bank and SmackDown the previous night, including combo tickets go on sale on Friday, February 24 at 12 pm GMT. The event is set to be held in the United Kingdom for the first time, with the show coming live from the o2 Arena.
However, it appears that one big-name WWE Superstar won’t be at the show. At the time of writing, there are only seven stars advertised to appear with Charlotte Flair, Cody Rhodes, Bianca Belair, Drew McIntyre, Seth Rollins, Kevin Owens, and Becky Lynch appearing on the poster. These are also the only names listed on WWE’s official page for the show.
Roman Reigns To Miss WWE Money In The Bank?
Interestingly, that list of names doesn’t include current Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns. While more names will obviously be added in the run-up to the show, if Reigns was appearing, he would normally be featured in the initial advertising.
Over the past year, Reigns has significantly reduced his schedule and has missed a number of Premium Live Events in the past, including Money In The Bank 2022.
Money In The Bank has become a staple of WWE’s Premium Live Event calendar since becoming a standalone show in 2010. The match that gave the show its name debuted at WrestleMania 21 and was won by Edge. The 2022 edition of the event was held in Las Vegas, with Austin Theory winning the men’s Ladder Match while Liv Morgan was triumphant in the women’s match. Morgan famously cashed in her contract that very night to win the SmackDown Women’s Title from Ronda Rousey.
