Major WWE SmackDown Stars Involved In Car Accident Before Show

New WWE SmackDown Tag Team official

WWE SmackDown kicked off outside the arena as some major stars were involved in a car accident.

Typically, fans watching from home are accustomed to seeing WWE SmackDown kick off from inside the arena. However, tonight’s episode kicked off outside the arena, as some of the blue brand’s top stars were involved in a car accident.

Filling in for Nick Aldis, RAW general manager Adam Pearce was outside surveying the scene. He was the WWE Official there as local law enforcement questioned the superstars involved in the accident, none other than Solo Sikoa and the MFTs.

Tonga Loa could be seen bleeding from the forehead, while Sikoa and JC Mateo tried to explain to the officers what had happened. Meanwhile, Tala Tonga just stood there, menacingly.

There has been no information so far regarding the accident or what caused it, but considering Solo and his group aren’t exactly the most likable bunch on WWE SmackDown, it wouldn’t be all that surprising if “another” superstar caused the accident.

Jacob Fatu has been named a person of interest in the WWE SmackDown car accident case

As the episode progressed, more details have emerged regarding the car accident that occurred prior to WWE SmackDown. For those wondering if it was a legitimate crash, it seemingly isn’t, and is just a part of Solo Sikoa’s current storyline with Jacob Fatu.

How? Well, just after the first match of the night, police in San Antonio were seen backstage asking Adam Pearce, curious about the Samoan Werewolf’s whereabouts. Pearce then directed them to Fatu, who was reluctant to go with the police for questioning, but conceded in the end after the stand-in GM made him see reason.
